A fixture of Brno’s (non-)club scene, founder of the AVA collective, and resident at radio Infame. Rooted in education and community building, his practice extends beyond performance into community cultivation—exploring sound as a somatic practice that crafts polyrhythmic, consciousness-shifting patterns functioning as psychoactive agents for decompression and collective restoration. Drawing from the traditions of the global south, fractal sound textures, and deep ambient territories, Snurssla’s sets facilitate states of nervous system rewiring. His production process is intentionally tactile: cassette tape manipulation, field recordings, and sound interventions in space merge into experiences that hold therapeutic potential and prioritize transformation over entertainment.
