On the Sun Never Sets
The performance starts with a real-time sonification of the environmental conditions of a local sunset. The timing of the event must align with the sunset time, approximately 4pm in Bratislava on Nov 30th. After the dark settles, the performance continues with a new soundscape that remixes data from 144 accumulated sunsets. With accelerating speed, this part of the composition provides a seemingly infinite variation to the same event heard previously.
