Dear customers of the NEXT festival,

 

Due to the transfer of the festival to the online space (http://nextfestival.space/), the organizer decided to compensate the customers in the following way. You can choose from the following:

1. Unrefunded Gold and Regular passes for 2021 will be automatically valid as Regular season tickets for 2022.

2. If you rather decide to refund the pass they will be refunded in full original value at info@goout.sk. Refund is possible until 20.12.2021. In this case, Festival pass holders automatically lose the right to transfer the passes for the 2022 edition of the Festival.

3. Holders of single-day tickets (days 25.11. – 28.11.) are entitled to a refund of the full amount of purchased tickets. Please contact info@goout.sk. Refund is possible until 20.12.2021.

4. NEXT sincerely thanks everyone who decides to give up on ticket refunds and supports the festival in this way.
